I want to Attend the Conference. How do I register?
Visit www.mushroomconference.org and click Registration.
- On the registration site, navigate to Registration Type, choose the appropriate registration and continue entering your information.
- Continue to the Payment page. You can pay via credit card (2.9% fee will be applied), or you will find directions on how to pay by check or ACH.
- Registration is not complete until payment is received.
I am registering a group. How do I do that?

I want to register for Expo. What is the process?
Visit www.mushroomconference.org and click Expo for information.
Click the Register for Expo Space button. You’ll be directed to the Conference Registration site. Under Registration Type, choose Exhibitor, and continue entering your information.
Continue to the Payment page. You can pay via credit card (2.9% fee will be applied), or you will find directions on how to pay by check or ACH.
Each Exhibitor registration includes One (1) Business registration. Each additional Expo participant will need to complete and pay for a Booth Representative Registration.
To register an additional Booth Representative, visit the Registration Site.
Under Ticket Type, choose Booth Representative, and follow the prompts to complete registration and payment.
What is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee includes access to all business sessions, scheduled meals, receptions and Expo during the four-day Conference.

Can I pay for my registration with a credit card?
Yes. Please note that there will be a 2.9% fee for credit card transactions.
Can I pay for my registration with a check?
Yes. Register for the Conference, and click Offline Payment. Mail checks to:

What if I didn’t receive a confirmation email?

I need to change my hotel reservations. Who should I contact
Please contact the JW Marriott at 702-869-7777 with the confirmation code you received after booking your accommodations. They will be able to help make adjustments to your reservation.
Who do I notify if I need to cancel my registration? Can I receive a refund
Contact the Conference at [email protected]. Cancellations for paid registrations received in writing through December 30, 2023 are refundable, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made or received after December 30, 2023. If you do not cancel by December 30, 2023, and do not attend the event, you are still responsible for payment. All registrations made after December 30th, 2023 are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions will not be granted. All cancellation requests should be sent to [email protected]. Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.
Can I extend my accommodations?
Yes, the special Conference rate is extended three days prior and post of the Conference dates (2/23/24-3/1/24), based on availability.
SPONSORSHIP
I want to become a Sponsor of the Conference. What is that process?
Contact American Mushroom (AMI) at [email protected] or call 610-268-7483. AMI will provide Sponsors with a registration code based on Sponsorship Level.
Once you receive the code, register HERE. Select the Sponsor registration type and use the access code provided by AMI.
Continue to the Payment page. You can pay via credit card (2.9% fee will be applied), or you will find directions on how to pay by check or ACH.
Sponsorship is not complete until payment is received.
EXPO
I want to register for Expo. What is the process?
Visit www.mushroomconference.org and click Expo for information.
Click the Register for Expo Space button. You’ll be directed to the Conference Registration site. Under Registration Type, choose Exhibitor, and continue entering your information.
Continue to the Payment page. You can pay via credit card (2.9% fee will be applied), or you will find directions on how to pay by check or ACH.

Yes. Each Expo registration includes one (1) Conference registration.
To register another booth representative, click on the registration page and under Ticket Type, select Booth Representative (member or non-member and follow the registration prompts).

Where is the conference being held?
The 26th North American Mushroom Conference and 20th International Society of Mushroom Science will be held February 26-29, 2024 at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa.
What’s the best way to get from the airport to the hotel?
The JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa is approximately 20 minutes from the Harry Reid International Airport. Taxi information can be found here. Additionally, Ride Share services are available. Information and maps where to connect with these services at the Airport can be found here.
I’m driving to the hotel. Is there parking?
Yes. Complimentary parking is available for hotel guests. Valet parking is also available at $29/day.
I want to rent a car for a day trip while I’m in Vegas. Where can I do that?
There is a Hertz car rental located within the JW Marriott. Please contact Hertz for additional information.
Where can I find the agenda?
Once finalized, the Schedule will be available on the Conference website at www.mushroomconference.org
Is there a mobile app for the event
Yes. A mobile app will be available to attendees for free on-site. Details to come.
How will my dietary restrictions be addressed?
When you register for the Conference, you will be prompted to include any dietary restrictions.
Are travel expenses reimbursed?
Conference registrations are not reimbursed.
Why do I need to bring a credit or debit card?
All guests are required to present a credit card or debit card at check-in to cover any incidentals incurred during their stay.
